NCDOT awards contract to resurface 30 miles of roads

N.C. Department of Transportation Secretary Gene Conti has awarded a $3.9 million contract to Blythe Construction of Charlotte to resurface nearly 30 miles of roads in Davidson County. The work can start as early as March 9 with final completion set for Oct. 31.
